Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: February 1, 2025

Welcome to The Pink Passport ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website (www.thepinkpassport.co) and/or booking a trip through us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not use our site or services for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these terms.

2. Eligibility

Our trips are exclusively for women between the ages of 18 and 39. To participate, you must have "Female" listed as your gender on your valid passport at the time of booking and travel. By booking a trip with us, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to cancel bookings that do not meet these criteria, and deposits will be non-refundable in such cases.

3. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and require a non-refundable deposit unless otherwise stated. Full payment is due by the deadline specified during the booking process.

We offer the option to pay in full upon sign-up or enroll in an extended payment plan through Klarna. If you choose Klarna at checkout, your payment schedule and terms will be handled directly through Klarna, and their policies will apply. It is your responsibility to ensure that payments are made on time according to the plan you select.

Failure to complete payment on time-whether through direct payment or Klarna-may result in the cancellation of your booking, and any payments made may be forfeited.

4. Package Pricing

All trips with The Pink Passport are sold as all-inclusive group travel packages. The listed price reflects the total cost of the experience, including accommodations, transportation, activities, and other items as outlined in the trip description.

If you choose to opt out of certain activities, meals, excursions, or other included elements, the package price remains the same. No discounts or partial refunds will be given for missed or unused portions of the trip.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

All deposits are non-refundable. Refunds (if any) for canceled trips are subject to our cancellation policy outlined during the booking process. We strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance for additional protection.

6. Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to modify or cancel the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, political unrest, or other factors beyond our control. In such cases, we will do our best to offer suitable alternatives, but we are not obligated to provide refunds for changes beyond our control.

7. Traveler Responsibilities

You are responsible for obtaining necessary travel documents (passport, visas, vaccinations, etc.) and complying with local laws. You are also responsible for your behavior, safety, and personal belongings throughout the trip.

8. Room Assignments

Roommate pairings are assigned based on the information you provide during booking. While we do our best to honor requests, roommate changes cannot always be accommodated-especially once room lists are finalized.

If you have specific preferences, allergies, or concerns, please share them with us during the booking process so we can try to match you accordingly. Any last-minute change requests are not guaranteed and may result in additional costs.

9. Limitation of Liability

By booking and participating in a trip with The Pink Passport, you acknowledge and agree that you are participating voluntarily and at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Pink Passport, its founders, team members, affiliates, and partners shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, death, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity-whether caused by third-party providers (such as airlines, hotels, transportation companies, activity hosts), acts of nature, governmental actions, civil disturbances, or any other cause beyond our control.

You are responsible for your personal health, safety, belongings, and behavior during the trip. Participation in any activities, excursions, or experiences arranged through or recommended by The Pink Passport is entirely at your own discretion and risk.

We strongly recommend securing comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage for medical emergencies, cancellations, delays, and lost belongings.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to logos, images, graphics, and text, is the property of The Pink Passport and may not be used or reproduced without our express written consent.

11. Privacy Policy

Your use of our site and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Model Release

By participating in a Pink Passport trip, you grant us permission to take and use photographs and video footage of you throughout the experience. You authorize us to use, edit, and share this content-without compensation-for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media, advertising, and other media platforms.

You also grant us the right to use photos and videos that you voluntarily share in our group chats, tag us in on social media, or upload to shared albums related to the trip. By doing so, you confirm that you have the rights to share that content and are granting us permission to repost or repurpose it for brand use.

If you prefer not to appear in any media, you must notify us in writing prior to the start of the trip. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee full exclusion from group or background shots.

13. Code of Conduct & Dismissal Policy

The Pink Passport is committed to creating a safe, fun, and respectful environment for everyone. By joining one of our trips, you agree to treat your fellow travelers, hosts, locals, and service providers with kindness and respect at all times.

Aggressive, discriminatory, disruptive, or illegal behavior will not be tolerated under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to harassment, verbal or physical abuse, theft, drug-related offenses, or behavior that puts others at risk.

We reserve the right to remove any participant from a trip-at our sole discretion and without refund-if their behavior is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or harmful to the group experience. In such cases, any additional costs (including transportation or lodging) will be the sole responsibility of the dismissed participant.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
