What is The Pink Passport?
The Pink Passport is a travel group for adventurous women who want to explore the world with a fun, empowering community - without having to go alone! We curate unforgettable girls’ trips with a mix of luxury, adventure and sisterhood.

Who are these trips for?
Our trips are designed for women who love to travel, make new friends, and experience new cultures. Whether you’re a seasoned traveler or taking your first international trip, you’re welcome here!

Do I need a passport?
Yes! For international trips, a valid passport is required. Make sure it’s valid for at least six months after your return date. Some countries require additional visas for entry. We recommend visiting travel.state.gov to see entry requirements for your specific trip. We are happy to provide guidance, but it is ultimately your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary documentation.

Is there an age requirement to join a trip?
Our trips are designed for women ages 18-39 (some trips may have a higher age requirement due to activity restrictions). We want our travelers to enjoy the full experience, including nightlife and fine dining, without limitations.

Are these trips for women only?
Yes! The Pink Passport is all about creating a safe, empowering space for women to connect, explore, and have fun together. Sorry, guys - this one’s for the girls!

Booking & Payment

How do I book a trip?
You can reserve your spot by selecting a trip on our website and making a deposit. Payment plans are available!

Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! We want to make travel accessible, so we offer flexible payment plans through Klarna. Just check the trip page for details on installment options.

What’s included in the price?
Each trip package is different, but generally, your trip cost covers accommodations, select meals, activities, an amazing itinerary and one travel expert. Flights and personal expenses are usually not included.

What is your refund/cancellation policy?
We get it - plans change. If you cancel 100 days or more before the trip, you’ll get a full refund (minus background check and processing fees).

After that, things get a little more locked in. Cancellations made within 99 days of arrival are non-refundable, since we’ve already started securing all the dreamy details for the trip.

Can’t make it? No worries - The Pink Passport will try to resell your spot - if we’re able to fill it, we’ll refund you (minus background check and processing fees).

Travel insurance is your BFF here. We highly recommend it to keep your investment protected in case life throws a curveball.

Eligibility

Who can join a trip?
At this time, The Pink Passport is only open to U.S. citizens. We are unable to accommodate travelers from Washington State, Florida or Hawaii due to state-specific travel regulations. We hope to expand in the future and appreciate your understanding!

Trip Details & Logistics

Will I have a roommate?
Most of our trips include shared accommodations, but you can request a private room for an additional fee (subject to availability).

Can I request a specific roommate?
Yes! If you’re traveling with a friend, you can request to room together. If you’re coming solo, we’ll pair you with another amazing traveler. We do our best to match personalities and sleeping habits, but if issues arise, let us know, and we’ll try to assist.

Can I change roommates if there’s an issue?
We encourage open communication, and if a situation becomes uncomfortable, we’ll do our best to make adjustments if space allows. However, last minute changes aren’t always possible, so we ask everyone to approach the experience with patience and kindness.

What if I don’t know anyone?
That’s the beauty of The Pink Passport! Most of our travelers come solo, and by the end of the trip, you’ll have a whole new travel squad.

How do I get to the destination?
Flights are not included, so you’ll book your own airfare. We’ll provide recommended arrival and departure times, plus airport transfer details.

What should I pack?
Once you book, we’ll send you a detailed packing guide based on the destination and activities.

Safety & Support

Is it safe to travel with The Pink Passport?:
Absolutely! We vet all accommodations, guides, activities and travelers to ensure a safe and comfortable experience. Plus, you’ll never have to navigate a new place alone.

What if I need help during the trip?
Your Pink Passport trip leader will be there to support you every step of the way. You’ll also have access to local emergency contacts.

What is your policy on group dynamics and behavior?
We are all about good vibes only! The Pink Passport has a zero-tolerance policy for bullying, harassment, or disruptive behavior. Our trips are meant to be a safe, fun, and supportive space for all women. If someone’s behavior negatively impacts the group, we reserve the right to take action, including removal from the trip without a refund.

Can I join if I’m an introvert?
Yes! Our trips are designed to be a mix of social and personal time, so you can engage at your own pace.

Can I bring a friend?
Of course! Traveling with your bestie is always a good idea, but you’ll also make new ones.

Do you offer private group trips?
Yes! If you have a group of girlfriends and want a custom trip, we can help you plan something special. Just reach out!
